Notes
- Donald Stine resigned in August 1967; Vice Chief Sanford Brown served as Chief for the remainder of Stine’s term.
- A lodge by-laws change in the spring of 1968 modified the Chief’s term of office from January 1 through December 31 to September 1 through August 31. It was applied retroactively to the term of the current Chief, Jay Dunbar.
- A lodge by-laws change during the administration of Chief Gary Motsek modified the Chief’s term of office from September 1 through August 31 to June through June.
